Honestly the painful part isn't the monitoring — it's normalizing responses across 10+ LLMs (each one has different surface forms, citations, etc.). I've been testing one that aggregates visibility across platforms for a few weeks and the baseline score is genuinely useful. DIY route: Perplexity's citations API + a weekly rollup, though you'll spend a Saturday wiring it.

Conversion rates destroy cold outreach because you're answering a question instead of interrupting.
